Lauren Ashley is the Team Lead for The Lauren Ashley Team with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene. A personable and enthusiastic agent, Lauren has proudly called the Houston area home her entire life. She’s a graduate of Klein ISD, earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, and later completed her Specialist in School Psychology degree from Sam Houston State University.

Lauren’s dedication to her clients and passion for real estate have propelled her to the top of the industry. Before founding The Lauren Ashley Team, she was recognized as the #1 Individual Sales Lead company-wide for BHGRE Gary Greene. Between individual and the team awards recognition has been recognized with the distinction of Emerald Elite for the past five consecutive years—one of the highest levels of team achievement within the Better Homes and Gardens company franchise.

Lauren’s individual accomplishments include being named one of HAR’s Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate in 2021, a recipient of the Texas REALTORS® to Watch Award in 2022, and being honored as part of Real Producers’ 40 Under 40 in 2022.

Beyond sales, Lauren is passionate about leadership and giving back to the industry. As Director of Operations, Andrea works behind the scenes to ensure every client experience is seamless—from contract to close and beyond.

A licensed Broker Associate and award-winning Realtor, Andrea has managed top-producing teams across multiple markets, earning national recognition for her results-driven approach. Her resume includes leading real estate operations in Texas, Maryland, and Washington D.C., with her teams consistently ranked among the best in the industry. She was honored with the prestigious 20 Under 40 Award from the Houston Association of Realtors and helped guide her previous team to a #2 national ranking within Keller Williams Realty International.

Andrea’s role is the engine that keeps the team moving. From streamlining processes and managing transactions to coaching agents and implementing innovative systems, she ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Her operational oversight gives our agents more time to focus on what matters most—serving clients.

Born and raised in College Station and a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie, Andrea returned to her roots in 2017 after successfully expanding her business to the East Coast. She joined The Lauren Ashley Team alongside her husband, Clint, combining their expertise into one powerhouse operation.

Outside of real estate, Andrea is passionate about animal rescue, travel, and good books. She shares her home with four beloved rescue dogs—Anya, Aspen, Ares, and Casper.

Originally from Dallas and raised in Honolulu, Chloe is a proud member of the Choctaw Nation. Growing up in Hawaii instilled in her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the spirit of aloha, values she carries into every client relationship. After a year in college, she returned to the mainland to be closer to family and has since made Houston her home.

Chloe’s professional background is rooted in hospitality, having worked in some of Houston’s top restaurants as a server, bartender, and corporate trainer opening locations nationwide. These experiences honed her passion for exceptional service, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills, all of which now define her approach to real estate.

Faith and family are at the core of everything she does. Chloe and her husband, Rami, have been happily married for ten years and share their home in Richmond with four beloved rescue dogs. Her upbringing shaped her values of mutual respect, responsibility, servant leadership, and integrity, qualities her clients quickly come to appreciate.
