Once the property was identified as one of interest, Lauren completed the contract and helped develop a winning strategy for being selected in a competitive multiple offer purchase. I can never thank Lauren enough for her help. Regarding my home sale, I had a very difficult personal situation due to a pending divorce, and she was understanding, helpful, and she is so quick to respond to communications all the time, which I really appreciate. I never felt rushed when speaking to her on the phone, despite the fact that I know she's very busy and has many clients to manage. I never felt like a number or just someone who she was going to make money off of. I got her full attention anytime I needed it, and she made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable.
